I had a dream,
I had a dream when I was only five,
Playing with dad and mom by my side,
And I had a friend who stayed and showed me the other side.
Then I went to school,
my family proud and beaming with delight,
They would say, baby we are proud, we’re here right by your side.
At the age of sixteen,
I moved to a city nearby,
I met a boy, my first time was also my last.
Then I woke up,
And all I see is dark,
Those are the moments I miss.
